Los Angeles, California - March 21, 2010 - David Matthew Brown is RUNNING FOR PEACE in the Los Angeles Marathon on March 21, 2010. David is the point man in the Los Angeles Marathon for The Peace Alliance's campaign for a Department of Peace in America. The intention with RUNNING FOR PEACE is to have over one million people lining the route and standing for peace.

David is a radio host of INSIDE OUT on Unity.fm, father, writer, counselor, and speaker for peace. "I am making this run for my 2-year-old daughter. I want her to grow up in a place where she learns peaceful ways to deal with herself, others, and ways in which she can stand as an empowered woman. Also, we need to put our hard earned money into something that beters our country. We are the United States, not the United Separate States. We need to unite as a country and stop fighting.
